This Privacy Policy explains how Saint Sintra ("Saint Sintra," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit saintsintra.com(the "Site") or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. Your email address when you join our waitlist or sign up for updates, any account details you create, and any content you post to community or forum features (text and other submissions).
- Order and transaction information. When you purchase, your order, shipping, and payment details are processed through Shopify. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
- Automatically collected information. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Chat and support interactions.Messages you send to our AI-assisted concierge and customer support (see "AI-Assisted Features" below).
AI-Assisted Features
Some features of the Site — including our concierge chat assistant — use artificial intelligence to generate responses. Replies may be produced automatically and can contain errors; they are not professional advice. We process the messages you send to these features to provide, secure, and improve them.
We keep a record of these conversations as a customer-support record. A transcript may include anything you choose to type — for example, an order number or email address you provide to get help — and authorized Saint Sintra staff may review stored conversations to assist you and improve our support. We retain concierge chat transcripts for up to 120 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products.
- To process orders and provide customer support.
- To send you waitlist updates, marketing, and transactional emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To understand how the Site is used through analytics.
- To protect against fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers We Share Data With
We use trusted third parties to operate the Site. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy terms:
- Shopify — e-commerce, checkout, and payment processing.
- Klaviyo — email list management and marketing.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — website usage analytics.
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and audiences.
- Vercel — website hosting and performance analytics.
- Supabase — database and storage for accounts and community content.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners (such as Meta) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; see "Your Rights" below to opt out.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, understand how it is used, and measure advertising. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through the consent banner or your browser settings. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of your data. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA & UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data only where we have a legal basis to do so:
- Contract. To take steps at your request and fulfil orders — for example, processing a purchase or providing customer support.
- Consent. For non-essential cookies, analytics, and marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
- Legitimate interests. To secure, operate, and improve the Site and prevent fraud, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation. To comply with tax, accounting, and other laws that apply to us.
International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) or an adequacy decision.
EU / UK Representative

Data Retention & Security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Concierge chat transcripts are automatically deleted 120 days after the conversation. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
