Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you keep. If a piece isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.

What Can't Be Returned

  • Made-to-measure pieces.Because they're created to your specifications, made-to-measure orders are final sale unless they arrive faulty.
  • Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Lingerie & intimates. For hygiene reasons these are returnable only if unworn and in their original, sealed packaging. Once the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item is final sale.

How to Start a Return

Email sintra@saintsintra.comwith your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a piece — for example, a different size — is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order. If you'd like help choosing, our team is happy to advise.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or a piece arrived with a fault, contact us at sintra@saintsintra.comas soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
